TITLE VI: Miscellaneous provisions applicable to Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin.

For the application of articles L. 123-48 and L. 123-49 to Saint-Barthélemy, the words: “caisse départementale ou pluridépartementale de mutualité sociale agricole” are replaced by the words: “caisse de prévoyance sociale de Saint-Barthélemy mentionnée à l’article L. 752-1 du code de la sécurité sociale”. In Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the State may, by agreement with the multi-professional economic chamber of Saint-Barthélemy or the inter-professional consular chamber of Saint-Martin, entrust the latter with the exercise of missions, other than consultative ones, devolved to chambers of commerce and industry, chambers of trade and crafts and chambers of agriculture.

Title IX of Book VI and Article L. 721-8 are not applicable to Saint-Barthélemy.

For the application to Saint-Martin of Title IX of Book VI, the words: “specially designated commercial court” are replaced by the words: “territorially competent commercial court”. Article L. 721-8 shall not apply to Saint-Martin.
