Article L960-2 of the French Commercial code

In Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the State may, by agreement with the multi-professional economic chamber of Saint-Barthélemy or the inter-professional consular chamber of Saint-Martin, entrust the latter with the exercise of missions, other than consultative ones, devolved to chambers of commerce and industry, chambers of trade and crafts and chambers of agriculture.

Article L960-4 of the French Commercial code

For the application to Saint-Martin of Title IX of Book VI, the words: “specially designated commercial court” are replaced by the words: “territorially competent commercial court”. Article L. 721-8 shall not apply to Saint-Martin.
