Chapter II: Provisions adapting Book II.

In articles L. 225-177, L. 225-179 and L. 233-11, the words: “the date of publication of Law no. 2001-420 of 15 May 2001 on new economic regulations” are replaced by the words: “the date of publication of Order no. 2004-604 of 24 June 2004 reforming the regime for securities issued by commercial companies and extending to overseas France provisions that have amended commercial legislation”.

I.-In article L. 223-1, the words: “on French territory” are replaced by the words: “in the territory”. II.-In articles L. 225-36 and L. 225-65, the words: “in the same département or in an adjacent département” are replaced by the words: “in the territory”.

At 5° of article L. 225-115, the words: “payments made in application of articles 1 and 4 of article 238 bis of the French General Tax Code” are replaced by the words: “tax deductions provided for by the provisions of tax law applicable in the territory and relating to the total deductions from the amount of taxable profits of companies that make payments in favour of works of public interest…

In articles L. 225-105, L. 823-6 and L. 225-231, the words: “le comité d’entreprise” are replaced by the words: “les délégués du personnel”.

In articles L. 225-231, L. 232-3, L. 232-4, L. 234-1 et L. 234-2, the words: “au comité d’entreprise” are replaced by the words: “aux délégués du personnel”.

In VI of article L. 225-270, the words: “the provisions of Article 94 A of the General Tax Code” are replaced by the words: “the provisions of the Tax Code applicable in the territory relating to net capital gains realised on the disposal for valuable consideration of transferable securities and corporate rights”.

The last paragraph of article L. 228-36 is deleted.

In article L. 233-24, the words: “or VII of Article 97” are deleted.

The second paragraph of article L. 251-7 is deleted.
