Section 3: Publication formalities.

Advertisement by means of notices or announcements shall be made, as appropriate, by insertions in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales or in a medium authorised to receive legal announcements in the département of the registered office or in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires.

Publication by filing deeds or documents shall be made at the registry of the commercial court, as an annex to the register of commerce and companies, under the conditions laid down in Section 1 of Chapter III of Title II of Book I. .

The publication formalities are carried out at the behest and under the responsibility of the legal representatives of the companies. In all cases where, by virtue of this book, a decision is taken by order of the president of the court, either on application or in summary proceedings, a copy of this order shall be filed by the registrar in the company file, appended to the register of companies.
