The seat and jurisdiction of the judicial courts having exclusive jurisdiction to hear actions relating to patents for invention, utility certificates, supplementary protection certificates and topographies of semiconductor products pursuant to the articles L. 611-2, L. 615-17 et L. 622-7of the Intellectual Property Code are set in accordance with Article D. 211-6 of the Judicial Organisation Code.
