The references made by articles R. 2142-1, R. 2142-3 and R. 2142-10 insofar as they refer to the legislative provisions of Chapter I of Title II of Book I of this Part shall be understood as referring, for the municipalities of the départements of Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin, to the provisions of article L. 2541-2.
For the application of article L. 2542-27, the official report recording the state of abandonment is made public under the conditions set out in article R. 2223-16.
The provisions of articles R. 1612-27 to R. 1612-31 shall not apply to communes in the departments of Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin. The provisions of article R. 1612-10, and articles R. 1612-19 to R. 1612-26 do not apply to the municipalities referred to in article L. 2543-2.
