Article R2541-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The references made by articles R. 2142-1, R. 2142-3 and R. 2142-10 insofar as they refer to the legislative provisions of Chapter I of Title II of Book I of this Part shall be understood as referring, for the municipalities of the départements of Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin, to the provisions of article L. 2541-2.

Les renvois opérés par les articles R. 2142-1, R. 2142-3 et R. 2142-10 en tant qu’ils visent les dispositions législatives du chapitre Ier du titre II du livre Ier de la présente partie s’entendent comme visant pour les communes des départements de la Moselle, du Bas-Rhin et du Haut-Rhin les dispositions de l’article L. 2541-2.
