Chapter IV: The Public Prosecutor's Office

Where the right of appeal is open to the public prosecutor, the right to lodge a main appeal belongs to the public prosecutor and the public prosecutor. The documents of the proceedings before the court of appeal intended for the public prosecutor are notified to the public prosecutor at the court of appeal before which the appeal is lodged.
