A article R. 220, after the words: “tariffs in civil matters”, the words: “locally applicable” are added.
In 2° of article R. 224-2, after the words: “of the State”, the words: “or the local authority” are added.
For the application of Article R. 227-1, the words: “the president of the judicial court, within whose jurisdiction the bailiff has his residence” are replaced by the words: “the president of the court within whose jurisdiction the bailiff has his residence”.
