The incompatibilities and incapacities provided for in Articles L. 222-9 to L. 222-11 apply to employees of a sports agent or of the company that he has set up to carry out his activity. It is forbidden to be the agent of more than one sports agent or of more than one company within which the activity of sports agent is carried out.
