Chapter I: General provisions

The High Court of Appeal shall exercise the powers assigned by this Code to the Court of Appeal and the Investigating Chamber.

The powers conferred by this Code on lawyers and parties’ counsel may be exercised by persons approved in the territorial collectivity by the President of the High Court of Appeal. Such persons are exempt from having to provide proof of a mandate.
