Section 2: Groupings of tourist municipalities and classified tourist resorts.

The provisions of articles L. 133-11 and L. 133-12 are applicable to groupings of communes or to fractions of groupings of communes constituting a single, continuous territory. The provisions of articles L. 133-13 to L. 133-15 are applicable to groupings of communes or fractions of groupings of communes constituting a single territory without an enclave when the territory is equipped for winter sports and mountaineering.

The provisions of this section apply to communes which have been authorised to form a syndicate of communes with a view to obtaining the creation of an intermunicipal station.
