The Prefect may remove the establishment from the list of classified establishments on the grounds that the building and its facilities have not been maintained or have been seriously inadequately maintained. He shall inform the body mentioned in article L. 141-2 of his decision.
The cancellation provided for in article R. 311-13 may not be pronounced unless the operator has been notified in advance and invited to be heard in person or by a representative.
