CHAPTER VI: PENSIONS.

The terms and conditions for the application of articles L. 426-2 et L. 426-3 above and the conditions under which members of the professional civil aviation flying personnel in service on 5 April 1953 may have their military service completed beyond the legal period validated for the settlement of their pension paid pursuant to Article L. 426-1.

The contribution payable by civil aviation flight crews to the pension fund set up in application of article L. 426-1 is deducted from the remuneration received each time they are paid. The persons concerned may not object to this deduction.
