Section 5: Judgment

In the case provided for in paragraph 2 of article 470-1, the decision transferring the case from the criminal court shall designate the competent civil court and specify the identity of the liable third parties who appear to have to be implicated. A copy of the referral decision and the case file are immediately sent by the secretariat of the court registry to the designated court.
