Section 2: Measures prior to placement under electronic surveillance

In the case provided for in the second paragraph of Article 723-7, the written agreement of the owner, or of the holder(s) of the lease for the premises where the receiver may be installed, is obtained under the conditions determined by the provisions of article R. 622-4 of the Penitentiary Code.

The magistrate shall inform the person concerned that he or she may at any time request that a doctor check that the implementation of the procedure described in article R. 622-1 du code pénitentiaire does not present a health risk for the prisoner.
