When an event has been included on the list provided for in article R. 331-1 (1), the federation, or the professional league it has set up, which is responsible for the safety and running conditions of the event, may, at any time, impose on the material organiser any measure intended to ensure the safety of spectators and compliance with the regulations and rules mentioned in article L. 331-1.
