It is forbidden to admit minors under the age of sixteen who are not accompanied by their father, mother, guardian or any other person over the age of eighteen who is responsible for or supervises them. However, minors over the age of thirteen, even if unaccompanied, may be admitted to licensed 1st category public houses.
