The penalties provided for in article L. 2326-3 shall apply to any person who obstructs the inspection provided for in article L. 6116-4. The court may also order the closure of the establishment.
Any person collaborating in the work of a regional health agency who has a direct or indirect interest in a health establishment within the remit of this agency shall be liable to the penalties set out in the first paragraph of article 432-12 of the French Penal Code.
