Without prejudice to the provisions of article L. 6111-1-5, health care institutions may set up non-medical accommodation facilities before or after a hospital stay or treatment session for patients whose state of health does not require hospital accommodation for their care. The health care institution may delegate the service to a third party by means of an agreement.
