Any person collaborating in the work of a regional health agency who has a direct or indirect interest in a health establishment within the remit of this agency shall be liable to the penalties set out in the first paragraph of article 432-12 of the French Penal Code.

Le fait, pour une personne collaborant aux travaux d’une agence régionale de santé, de détenir un intérêt direct ou indirect dans un établissement de santé du ressort de cette agence, est puni des peines prévues au premier alinéa de l’article 432-12 du code pénal.
