Chapter IV: Cooperation agreements.

Within the framework of the missions entrusted to them and under the conditions defined by regulation, public or private not-for-profit health establishments may take part in cooperative actions, including international cooperation, with persons governed by public or private law. The regulatory measures provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 6134-1 shall be determined by decree by the Conseil d’Etat and, where necessary, the procedures for applying the other provisions of this article.
