Section II: Administrative authorisation for non-Community insurance undertakings whose head office is located in a Member State of the European Economic Area.

The administrative authorisation provided for in article L. 321-7 is issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 321-1, R. 321-3 and R. 321-5, and refused under the conditions set out in article R. 321-4.
