Articles R. 2241-8 to R. 2241-10, R. 2241-12 to R. 2241-15, R. 2241-17 and R. 2241-18, R. 2241-21 to R. 2241-26 and R. 2241-30, R. 2241-34 to R. 2241-36 are applicable to ski lift and conveyor services.

An order of the Minister responsible for transport may waive or derogate from the application of certain provisions of this subsection to cross-border ski lifts, provided that the legal framework for the operation of these installations is such as to guarantee an equivalent level of safety.

Any person using a ski lift or conveyor belt without a ticket or with an invalid ticket is liable to a third-class fine. For the offences provided for in the previous paragraph, the amount of the fixed penalty provided for in article 529-4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is set at five times the value of the daily pass corresponding to the ski lift or conveyor in question, or,…
