The Prefect may strike off the list of furnished accommodation classified as furnished accommodation for tourism for failure or serious inadequacy in the upkeep of the accommodation and its facilities. He will inform the departmental tourism committee of his decision.
The cancellation provided for in article R. 324-7 may not be pronounced unless the operator has been notified in advance and invited to be heard in person or by a representative.
