Subsection 3: Penalties.

The Prefect may order the deletion from the list of holiday village establishments on the grounds that the buildings and facilities have not been maintained or have been seriously inadequately maintained. He shall inform the body referred to in article L. 141-2 of his decision.

The cancellation provided for in article R. 325-9 may not be pronounced unless the operator has been notified in advance and invited to be heard in person or by a representative.
