Section XI: Special provisions for technological disasters

The ceiling referred to in Article L. 421-16 is 100,000 euros. This amount is revised in line with changes in the construction cost index published by the Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques between the date of publication of decree no. 2005-1466 of 28 November 2005 and the date of publication of the order referred to in article R. 128-1.
