Article L6312-2 of the French Labour Code

Self-employed workers, members of the liberal professions and self-employed workers, including those who do not employ any salaried workers, as well as their collaborating spouse or their partner spouse mentioned inarticle L. 121-4 of the Commercial Code, personally benefit from the right to continuing professional training. The same right is available to unemployed workers.
