Article R3323-3 of the French Public Health Code

Inside the points of sale defined in article R. 3323-2, the size of an advertising poster for an alcoholic beverage may not exceed 0.35 square metres. In the rooms of public houses, restaurants and hotels, billboards advertising an alcoholic beverage may be placed on a counter or table.
