In pubs, restaurants and hotels, equipment, crockery and objects of any kind strictly reserved for the operation of the establishment, for the use of staff during their professional activities and for that of customers during their visit or stay in the establishment, may evoke the name of an alcoholic beverage. In this case, they may not be sold or given to the public free of charge.
The terraces of public houses located on the public domain are considered to be an extension of the establishment.
Advertising on parasols may only include the name of a producer or distributor of an alcoholic beverage, or the brand name of such a beverage, to the exclusion of any slogan, by means of an inscription not exceeding one third of the surface area of the parasol.
