Article R5463-3 of the French Public Health Code

Legal entities declared criminally liable, under the conditions set out inarticle 121-2 of the French Penal Code, for the offence defined in article R. 5463-2 shall be liable, in addition to a fine in accordance with the procedures set out inarticle 131-41 of the French Penal Code, to the confiscation of the item which was used or intended for use in committing the offence.
