Article R811-4 of the French Commercial code

Any receiver may refer the elections to the Paris Court of Appeal within five days of the proclamation of the results. The appeal shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the chief clerk of the court of appeal, who shall notify the government commissioner. The appeal may also be lodged by the government commissioner.

In the event of a vacancy in the seat of a titular member and his substitute, they shall be replaced by the first candidate and his substitute not elected.
