The provisions of Chapter I of Title II of Book II of Part Five mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table. APPLICABLE PROVISIONS AS PROVIDED FOR IN L. 5221-1 law no. 2004-809 of 13 August 2004 L. 5221-2 law no. 2019-1461 of 27 December 2019
I. – The articles L. 5222-1 to L. 5222-3 are applicable in French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II. II. – For the application of article L. 5222-2: 1° The last sentence of the fourth paragraph is deleted; 2° The last paragraph is replaced by the following provisions: “The provisions of articles L. 2573-45, L. 2573-46 and L. 2573-62 are applicable to joint ownership between communes. “
The articles L. 5222-4 and L. 5222-6 are applicable in French Polynesia.
