Section 2: The Executive Council

The Territorial Council elects the members of the Executive Council. The Executive Council is composed of the President of the Territorial Council, President, five Vice-Presidents and two other councillors.

Nominations for the various posts on the Executive Council shall be lodged with the President within one hour of the election of the President of the Territorial Council. The President of the Territorial Council convenes the Executive Council whenever he/she deems it useful.

Meetings of the Executive Council are chaired by the President of the Territorial Council. At its request, the representative of the State is heard by the Executive Council.
