Article LO6432-13 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The President of the Territorial Council sets the agenda for the meetings of the Executive Council. He shall send a copy to the representative of the State at least forty-eight hours before the meeting, except in cases of urgency.

At the request of the representative of the State, any matter falling within the competence of the State shall be included on the agenda as of right.

The Executive Council shall only deliberate on matters included on the agenda.

Le président du conseil territorial arrête l’ordre du jour des réunions du conseil exécutif. Il en adresse copie au représentant de l’Etat quarante-huit heures au moins avant la réunion, sauf en cas d’urgence.

A la demande du représentant de l’Etat, toute question relevant de la compétence de l’Etat est de droit inscrite à l’ordre du jour.

Le conseil exécutif ne délibère que sur les questions inscrites à l’ordre du jour.
