Section 1: Payment to finance mobility services

Ile-de-France Mobilités is credited monthly with the amount due under the payment intended to finance mobility services, after deduction of the fees provided for in 5° of Article L. 225-1-1 of the Social Security Code. The collection body or service provides Ile-de-France Mobilités with the individual or collective payment certificates required for the reimbursements provided for in articles L. 2531-6 and L. 2531-7.

Reimbursement requests are sent quarterly to Ile-de-France Mobilités for those liable, accompanied by all relevant supporting documents, to enable it to exercise the control provided for in Article L. 2531-10.

Employers liable for the payment intended to finance mobility services are subject, as regards its liquidation, payment, collection, control and litigation, to the same rules as those applicable to the social security contributions they pay as well as to the provisions of articles D. 2531-14 et D. 2531-15.

When a debtor’s payment is less than his total debt, this payment is allocated to social security contributions by priority.

La mise en demeure adressée par l’organisme de recouvrement en application de l’article L. 244-2 du code de la sécurité sociale ou de l’article L. 725-3 of the Code rural et de la pêche maritime may simply indicate the nature of the claims-social security contributions and payment intended to finance mobility services-without specifying their respective amounts.
