For the application of I of article R. 213-15 of the Environment Code , the Prefect of Corsica involves, as necessary, the departments of the Corsican collectivity in the basin administrative commission.

When the technical assistance mission defined by article L. 3232-1-1 is provided by the Corsican local authority or one of its public establishments, the agreement provided for in article R. 3232-1-1 is entered into between the municipality or the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation and the Corsican local authority or the public establishment to which it has entrusted this mission.
