Article R4424-32-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the technical assistance mission defined by article L. 3232-1-1 is provided by the Corsican local authority or one of its public establishments, the agreement provided for in article R. 3232-1-1 is entered into between the municipality or the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation and the Corsican local authority or the public establishment to which it has entrusted this mission.

The scale of remuneration for technical assistance provided for by Article R. 3232-1-3 is set by the President of the Corsican Executive Council.

The members of the monitoring committee provided for in Article R. 3232-1-4 are appointed by the President of the Corsican Executive Council.

Lorsque la mission d’assistance technique définie par l’article L. 3232-1-1 est assurée par la collectivité de Corse ou l’un de ses établissements publics, la convention prévue à l’article R. 3232-1-1 est passée entre la commune ou l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale et la collectivité de Corse ou l’établissement public auquel elle a confié cette mission.

Le barème de rémunération de l’assistance technique prévu par l’article R. 3232-1-3 est fixé par le président du conseil exécutif de Corse.

Les membres du comité de suivi prévu par l’article R. 3232-1-4 sont nommés par le président du conseil exécutif de Corse.
