Section 1: Regional Economic and Social Council and Council for Culture, Education and the Environment (R).

For the application of the provisions of article L. 4432-10, the appropriations required for the operation of the regional economic, social and environmental council and the council for culture, education and the environment of each of the regions of Guadeloupe and Réunion and the Department of Mayotte and, where applicable, for carrying out their studies are, for each of these councils, specialised by article.
