Article R4434-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application of the provisions of article L. 4432-10, the appropriations required for the operation of the regional economic, social and environmental council and the council for culture, education and the environment of each of the regions of Guadeloupe and Réunion and the Department of Mayotte and, where applicable, for carrying out their studies are, for each of these councils, specialised by article.

Pour l’application des dispositions de l’article L. 4432-10, les crédits nécessaires au fonctionnement du conseil économique, social et environnemental régional et du conseil de la culture, de l’éducation et de l’environnement de chacune des régions de Guadeloupe et de la Réunion et du Département de Mayotte et, le cas échéant, à la réalisation de leurs études sont, pour chacun de ces conseils, spécialisés par article.
