Paragraph 3: Withdrawal of sentence reductions in the event of non-compliance with obligations

The withdrawal of sentence reductions provided for by article 723-35 is ordered by the sentence enforcement judge, including in the case of a person convicted of offences committed before 14 December 2005 and for whom judicial supervision has been ordered by the sentence enforcement court.
