Paragraph 3: Derogation from the three-year maximum duration of the employment contract concluded at the end of the training course

The maximum duration of the first employment contract referred to in Article L. 211-5 may be more than three years and up to five years when the collective agreement for the sport so provides and includes stipulations specifying: 1° The minimum and maximum age of the athlete; 2° The minimum remuneration offered to the athlete.
