The authorisation may be suspended or withdrawn at any time if it appears that the safety conditions are no longer met or that the organiser, despite being given formal notice to do so by the administrative authority, is no longer complying with or is no longer ensuring that participants and spectators comply with the provisions laid down in the event’s specific regulations for their protection.
