At the request of a competent authority of a trading venue on which an investment services provider other than an asset management company uses algorithmic trading as a member or client of that venue, the AMF shall provide, without undue delay, the information referred to in 2° of Article L. 533-10-5 that it receives from the investment services provider using algorithmic trading.

At the request of a competent authority of a trading venue to which an investment services provider other than an asset management company provides direct electronic access, the AMF shall communicate, without undue delay, the information referred to in 6° of Article L. 533-10-8 that it receives from the investment services provider.

The AMF shall set up cooperation agreements with the competent authorities of trading venues in other European Union Member States or States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area on which the same instrument referred to in Article L. 420-11 is traded, and with the competent authorities of holders of positions in that instrument.
