Article L2232-38 of the French Labour Code

The validity of an inter-company agreement is assessed in accordance with articles L. 2232-12 and L. 2232-13. The 30% and 50% rates mentioned in the same articles are assessed at the level of all the undertakings included in the perimeter of this agreement.
