Section 9: Dismissal of an employee who is a member of a joint committee for health, safety and working conditions in agriculture.

An employee who is a member of a joint health, safety and working conditions committee in agriculture may only be dismissed with the authorisation of the Labour Inspector. This authorisation is also required for an employee who has sat as a staff representative on this committee during the first six months following the expiry of his or her term of office or the disappearance of the institution.
