Section 7: Dismissal of a member of the special negotiating body, a representative on the committee of the European Company, a representative on the committee of the European Cooperative Society or a representative on the committee of the company resulting from a cross-border merger.

The dismissal of a member of the special negotiating body, of a representative on the committee of the European Company, of a representative on the committee of the European Cooperative Society or of a representative on the committee of the company resulting from a cross-border merger may only take place with the authorisation of the Labour Inspector.
