Section 2: Coordination with professional sectors, the public employment service and the public guidance service

Pôle emploi awards individual training grants. When it proceeds with or contributes to the purchase of collective training courses, it does so within the framework of an agreement concluded with the region, which specifies the purpose and terms and conditions. It may purchase or contribute to the purchase of training mentioned in I and II of article L. 6122-1, under the conditions set out in I and II.

The service providers mentioned in article L. 6351-1 inform Pôle emploi and the local missions and Capemploi, under conditions set by decree, of the effective entry into training, interruption and exit of a person registered on the jobseekers’ list or benefiting from personalised support within the structures mentioned in this article.

In coordination with the State and the members of the regional committee for employment, vocational training and guidance, and in conjunction with training bodies, the region organises the dissemination of information on the continuing vocational training on offer within its territory.

A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the procedures for implementing this chapter.
