Section 1: Consultation prior to voluntary interruption of pregnancy

The consultation referred to in Article L. 2212-4 is provided : 1° Either in a family information, consultation or counselling establishment, set up in application of article L. 2311-1 ; 2° Or in a family planning or education centre approved in application of article L. 2311-2 ; 3° Repealed ; 4° Or in a body approved under the conditions laid down in articles R. 2212-2 and R. 2212-3.

To qualify for approval for the application of article L. 2212-4, the organisations mentioned in 4° of article R. 2212-1 must satisfy the following conditions: 1° They must be managed by a legal person governed by public law or by a legal person governed by private law with a non-profit-making aim and a social purpose ; 2° Have premises suitable for the type of maintenance provided for in article L….
