Article R4383-3 of the French Public Health Code

Silence for more than four months following receipt of the complete application for authorisation from a training institute or school is deemed to constitute a decision to reject. The authorisation provided for in article R. 4383-2 may be withdrawn, after formal notice and by reasoned decision, if the conditions laid down in the said article are no longer met.
