Article R4383-3 of the French Public Health Code

Silence for more than four months following receipt of the complete application for authorisation from a training institute or school is deemed to constitute a decision to reject.

The authorisation provided for in article R. 4383-2 may be withdrawn, after formal notice and by reasoned decision, if the conditions laid down in the said article are no longer met.

Le silence gardé pendant plus de quatre mois à compter de la réception du dossier complet de la demande d’autorisation d’un institut ou d’une école de formation vaut décision de rejet.

L’autorisation prévue à l’article R. 4383-2 peut être retirée, après mise en demeure et par décision motivée lorsque les conditions fixées audit article ne sont plus remplies.
